RETURNS

Merchandise must be in a sale-able condition with all original tags attached may be exchanged or returned for a credit note only.A refund will be given if there is a fault in the garment , decision made by designer.

All returns must be made within 7 days of purchase (within Australia)

For International purchases you have 7 days to notify info@billieandrose.com.au and return your item(s) from the date you receive the package.

Items not received within this period will not be accepted. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached. Shoes must be returned unworn in their original shoe box.

We do NOT refund if you simply change your mind , however a credit note or exchange will be given . NO REFUNDS.

Sale items - Please note , Sale items will not be accepted as normal purchase and NO RETURN ? EXCHANGE will be given at any time.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original tags attached.
We will require a proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Billie and Rose reserve the right to deny refunds if the merchandise does not meet our returns policy requirements once assessed.
